- **How can I bind my guest account?**

- Tap the Twitter icon on the login page, enter your Twitter account and password. Da la, account bound!

- **Will the game be censored or uncensored?**

- We would like to claim that we HATE censorship as much as you do. It might be quite hard at the beginning of our release since there are specific requirements according to government’s laws, regulations or guidelines from the stores. However, please rest assured that we will try to keep characters as original as possible in coming events. We will do our utmost to bring you pleasing skins.

- **Can progress be transferred between the JP/CN/KR servers and the English server?**

- Progress is independent in each server and not transferable.

- **Will the pace of content release be faster than the other servers of the game to keep up with them, or will it be on the same timeline so that the English version is always behind the other servers?**

- The English version of Iron Saga focuses on new events, so old events will be released with a delay. Pilots and mechas will be online during the subsequent updates.

- **Can I change my username after setting it during the initial tutorial?**

- Yes, but it will cost you 198 gems. Also remember that usernames must also be unique, so if you reroll the game (which you shouldn't do anyway), you will lock anyone else, including yourself, out of using that name.

- **What is an UID and where can I find it?**

- UID is an unique string of numbers that can be found right beside your avatar.

-** I lost my account because I forgot to bind the account.**

- Please email us at en@ironsaga.com so we can check status of your account and provide you with further instructions on how to restore it.

-** I bought gems/lucky bag/parts/etc but didn't get them.**

- Please check your hangar as some rewards can be distributed that way.

If it's not there, please email us at en@ironsaga.com and provide following information:

-Your UID;

-In game name;

-Proof of purchase such as a screenshot of the receipt and the Transaction ID;

-What item you bought & the monetary value in USD;

-What platform you play on (iOS or Android);

-** Where can I check the game notice for latest updates?**

- Tap the second icon on the left side in main page and you can check the notice.

-**I already used 1800 gems to recruit 10 pilots. I got only 2 pilots with other items. Why didn’t all of 10 pilots come out?**

-You can tap ‘Pilot List’ to see the rate of each pilot together with Reward rate. Please notice that 10x recruitment do not assure 10 pilots.

-**Can you make meal time in cafe based on device's time zone?**

-We’ll try to fix this problem in our next update. As our English server is subject to PST (Pacific Standard Time), users live in other time zones may have difficulty claiming free meals which fall on 12:00 and 18:00 in PST (GMT-8). Right now you can switch your system time to temporarily settle the problem. Will keep you updated.

-**How to get corps competitive points?**

-Corps competitive points are basically determined by the rankings of all corp members. The higher you are, the more points your corps will have.

 -**Will my in-game progress get lost after I delete the game and reinstall?**

-Rest assured that your in-game progress is well-stored and updated with your account in our system. You can always proceed to play whenever you log in to the game with your account. Contact us at en@ironsaga.com when you think your progress or items are lost.

-**Is the Christmas and New Year skins available to purchase post the countdown?**

-The answer depends on you, commanders! If some of them are well-received and acclaimed by most users, we might re-shelf them! But at present, these skins are time-limited and will go offline when countdown reaches 0.

-**What does the “Loot” button do?**

-Players above Lv.18 are able to activate the feature at the top right corner clearing the map. But remember, you have to complete the hard difficulty of the last stage in the map to get it in full swing. It’s a cost-efficient way to farm your resources.

-**I bought Growth Plan, but I didn’t receive it, why? **

-Growth Plan is a one-off in-game top-up offer to help players level up in a cost-efficient way. Starting from Lv.15, players who have bought the pack will receive the corresponding rewards every 5 levels up.

-**Where can I farm the shards for Armored Gull and B.A.T Samurai?**

-Armored Gull shards are farmable at Chapter 9 and 10; B.A.T Samurai shards only appear at Chapter 18. Don’t forget to “reset” the chapter map!
